Very calm area, the "mini" house is built behind my own house, in the same land property. There's more than enough land space for you to accommodate. mostly meant for an individual or a couple. The neighborhood is off highway 59 and Parker Rd. There's many places to eat and go out to nearby. All bills are included in the rent. I don't mind smoking or drinking outside, little parties, as long as it doesn't turn into a big scandal. I also have one dog which roams outside most of the time, very playful.
