There is minimal storage and is not suited for a full move-in of all your belongings. Short-term rentals only. Apartment is available from mid-March until June 15, 2026. No smoking, drugs, or disturbances. We require a tight lease and monitor the property with external video cameras. This apartment is attached to our single-family house and we have a very high bar for behavior. The apartment is best suited to a single person.
