This is the cheapest private apartment that I was able to find in Logan. It is close to campus and within easy walking distance of a few bus stops. I would have loved to stay here, but I'll be getting married right before the contract begins :/ The property is managed by Logan Preferred Property Management (lppm) and the do the payments in four increments: one quarter each in July, September, November, and January.
