It has a rolling creek in the back yard, and is surrounded by open land, though the lot itself is only 0.66 acres. It has 3 decks, and a very large full basement. While the outside is nearly complete, the inside is not. The main floor was mostly gutted, with the large kitchen having new insulation, electric, drywall, and concrete board. Roughed in is an area for a full bath and laundry room off of the kitchen. There is a very large living room off of the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, with the master bedroom having 2 walk in closets, and an existing full bath. The whole house needs flooring. The house is on a well and septic, with propane gas. Though the water softener, well pump, and tank less hot water heater are newer, the boiler for the hot water baseboard heat has been removed. It will need a new heating source of some sort. I am open to holding a mortgage with a reasonable amount down, but would prefer a cash offer. Neighborhood Description Most neighbors are spread out.
