Verifiable, combined, gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent amount (and/or verifiable cash reserves). 6. No pets unless otherwise stated on the property page of our website. 7. Co-Signers: Inquire before applying - Owners may consider a co-signor for lack of credit or rental history. A co-signor is not accepted for an applicant's negative credit or rental history. Any co-signor must be credit qualified and demonstrate a verifiable income sufficient to pay both their own living requirements and the rent for the property they are co-signing for. Co-signors must typically reside in the area. 8. Applications are not processed until the application fee is paid for each person applying.
