This is one of the more established neighborhoods in San Jose. There are mature homes with good character as well as nice townhomes in newer developments. The neighborhood is on the West side of San Jose and borders the town of Campbell. It also contains an "island" of unincorporated Santa Clara County land that has never been annexed but is still called San Jose. It is very convenient to highways 85 and 880/17, and to most of the Silicon Valley tech companies - a desirable area in which to live.
