Yours is very isolated with immediate access to picnic area that has grill and firepit. There are well-defined, but secluded paths and hiking on the property. There is a grill on the screened deck. Lots of parking with no traffic where kids can play everywhere safely on large surrounding grounds. Great for pets to freely run and roam too? There are bars, grills, restaurants very nearby (some seasonal), and kids entertainment, with Cashiers (look it up) being a major year-?round hub of many shops and entertaining less than 10miles away. There are small ponds on the property with an abundance of lakes, rivers, and sports in the area. Nearby riding stables, river tours, outfitters, skiing, guides, and hiking groups. You will be in the highest density of waterfalls and associate hikes in the world, with several of the very best just a few miles from the house. I personally lead tours upon request, some of which would not be possible without guidance? After furnishing is fully complete, I will have professional photographs of furnished house in early December, and subsequently will be listing this with a property manager.
