This is our first use of Facebook for advertising the property - we'll see how it goes! We've had successful short-term (like Airbnb) and longer-term rental arrangements - we are open to both. The catch? Our family uses the property for one week each year in the summer for a reunion, so you'll need to plan around that, or plan for a rental term that is done by June 30, 2026. The kitchen flows into the dining area and has an island. There is a bedroom on the main floor with an attached bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. The main floor bath is 3/4 - shower without tub. The upstairs bathroom is full, with a shower/tub combo. Laundry (washer and dryer) is in the back porch/entryway. Multiple closets and kitchen cabinets. Ceiling fans are throughout the house! Detached garage included. We store some stuff in the back. We use the basement for storage. We will provide lawn maintenance, but the tenant will be responsible for the remaining landscape maintenance, snow removal, etc. Fiber optic internet is avaialbe - tenant can sign up directly with Skywave if they want it. Tenant covers other utilities as well. No smoking.
