This is a fantastic neighborhood! Large greenbelt. The neighbors are very nice, friendly,and sociable. Lots of kids in this neighborhood. Nichols elementary is outstanding. I was not expecting such a good public school in California, but it really is nice. The school is only a few years old, in very good shape and the staff and teachers are awesome! The school is a short walk from this neighborhood. Good place to live, great place for a family!
