    What's special

    Perfect place for a small family or first time home buyer. Continuing work on this house since this post. It is recieving a fresh coat of paint- all lighter colors to make it breathe, and new flooring, and we are getting rid of that popcorn ceiling! All appliances will stay including. A stainless steel fridge, a washer, a dryer, and stove. Large yard has plenty of room for a nice garden or your mini farm. We also have an above ground pool in the back yard on a slab of concrete that can stay as well if one is interested. We just replaced the pump on it last year. Sunroom and Shed can be made into additional bedrooms. Shed has electric, a ventless propane heater and a/c the sunroom has electric with a beautiful celing fan. There are gas lines ran, but we currently do not use the gas features. The second bedroom now has laminate hardwood flooring. Master (green room with the tree, we are working on it as we live in it, so we have shuffled the rooms around) has a larger closet and a second smaller one. Master has it's own access to main bathroom. There is also access to the sunroom from master. There is access to the shed and yard from main bathroom which has a cast iron clawfoot tub i rennovated myself. I also have the shower and curtain rods to add to the bathroom. Laundry room is accessed from main bathroom. The dining room and second bedroom have built in shelves for your knick knacks or books. Large a/c in the dining room is built into the wall and will stay. It is old, but works great. The house is sold as is, and will need more work. We patched the roof last year and replace a lot of the plumbing. This jouse could easily be a 3 bedroom by converting the sunroom or shed The half bath already had the plumbing set for a tub or walkin shower to be added.
