The driveway is shared with the tenant who lives in the garage apartment on the property so friendliness is a must. Just minutes from Sharon, Lakeville and Salisbury. Pets considered on an individual basis. Tenant is responsible for heating oil, electric and gas. There is a kitchen garden, a nice medium sized yard and other gardening opportunities if the tenant is inclined. No smoking. References from current landlord and employer required. We start each rental with a one year lease. Tenant pays for oil heating, gas for hot water and gas stove, electric and internet. No subletting Owner provides plowing/not shoveling.
