We've called this home for 3 years. We had it freshly painted and brand new laminate flooring placed in. It's a very bright and airy kitchen with the spot lights. Plenty of kitchen cabinet storage and a good sized pantry. A closet space with a built in shelving unit in the bedroom. There are 2 linen closets in the hall along with the laundry on premise. All appliances are in good working condition. The parking for this building is a lot under/behind the building and 2 parking spots are assigned to this unit. Also quite a few visitor parking available. Everyone respects one another in the building and it's very quiet; you won't even notice you have neighbors. Unfortunately the building management doesn't allow dogs in the building, unless you can prove they are therapy dogs.
