In a great neighborhood, just south of Russian Gulch State Park, north of Mendocino Village, 15 minutes from Fort Bragg. There is a small outdoor private garden area that needs some tending and love with a view of the ocean. It is a very private, quiet, peaceful studio in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The approximate square footage is 400 sq ft. It is a large studio. Microwave/convection oven, 2 burner stove, full size refrigerator. A queen size bed is included with bedding, towels and cooking supplies including pots, dishes, etc., if applicable. The apartment is very clean. Utilities are included: water, waste including garbage, recycle, and green waste, laundry, parking. Tenant will pay 1/3 of the electricity approximately $50/month included in rent (if the tenant usage is more, tenant will be notified of increase). A Generac generator that supports the unit when power is down. There is a television with regular channels in the studio. The television supports prime, netflix, hulu, youtube, and other platforms paid by the tenant. Strong wi-fi plus a booster but if it is not strong enough, tenant has the option of purchasing additional bandwidth. The monthly rent is $1900 utilites included. Will consider one small-medium pet. Pet fee tbd, if applicable. 3 month stay minimum preferred $1900 (+ $500 2nd person) + $250 cleaning fee + security deposit. Minimum stay one month. One month stay $2400 + $250 cleaning fee.
