Countryside charmer! Some of my very favorite things to do here at my 2.5 acre homestead are to watch the rolling skies flow by from dusk 'til dawn while watching nature roam in solitude and listening to the sounds that only a countryside setting can provide. With ample square footage, including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, I have created a humble abode here that I am confident my new owners will appreciate and utilize for the new memories I so look forward to creating. My large floor plan offers "his and hers" living spaces. Enjoy a big game or a favorite show in front of my wood stove as it crackles with heat, which of course roams throughout the house... doesn't get much better this time of year! My open concept living space offers a large gathering area for entertaining or simply putting your feet up to read a good book or take a snooze. I hope you will appreciate my wonderful updates throughout such as the new flooring, top-end kitchen appliances and other thoughtful touches like the brand new foyer entrance that helps contain the seasons of Northern Michigan. Having a few acres to play with, there's just enough of me to maintain in the open air while offering plenty of space to enjoy the existing fruit trees (plum, pear, & honey crisp) and lush greens that humans and four legged friends can enjoy year round. Always staying ahead of the curve, I just had my propane tank filled, septic tank pumped out and driveway scraped... bring on Winter!
