Shopping is literally over the hill. 71S is a five minute drive. Has all new windows. No Pets! No smoking and no big partiers please. The kitchen has a stove and fridge provided as a curtesy; but, you can bring your own and we can move those out. Washer and Dryer in unit also provided as a curtesy. The lease is month to month. After 90 days a one year lease is available. Month to month is my preference as it is just easier but will provide a one year lease if you really want one. There is no smoking. There is a parking area but not a garage. There is an area in the barn that can be used for a workshop. It has electricity. Tenant pays all utilities except water and sewer.
