The apartment community has great amenities including a gym, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball courts, an outdoor swimming pool in the summer, and BBQ areas. Olmsted Park and Jamaica Pond are right in front of the building, making it a great location for walking or light running. The Longwood Medical Area is within walking distance for commuting. Public transportation is also very convenient with the 66 bus nearby, the E line (Riverway station) about a 3 minute walk away, and the D line (Brookline Village station) nearby. This makes it convenient for commuting to BU, NEC, Berklee, and Harvard. Brookline is a very safe area, and the apartment building has double security entry. The unit gets good sunlight during the day, and the landlord is very responsive. I am looking for someone to take over my lease because I am moving out of state. No broker fee.
