Several local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars as well as a Giant grocery store and a gym/recreation center at O Street Market are just minutes away. It's on a quiet, one-block street so there's no noise but yet close to everything. There is a wonderful rainfall shower and heated bathroom floors in a spacious bathroom. The large private back yard is a second living room. The house has new wifi appliances, smart thermostat and smart locks. There is a good size garage-gym available for additional rent. There's also a great dog park 10 minutes away and pets are considered on a case by case basis. Howard University Hospital a 15-minute walk. The Shaw Metro Station on the green line is an 8-minute walk. The G2 bus stop to Georgetown and Capital Bikeshare Station are both a 2-minute walk. 12 month lease, but owner will consider shorter or longer terms on a case by case basis. Owner will also consider a furnished rental on a case by case basis. Street parking with free permit from the city for one vehicle. Owner pays the water bill, tenant responsible for all other utilities. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of the small yard and shoveling any snow in the winter. Maximum 2 pets considered on a case by vase basis. There is an on site storage shed that is the size of a small garage. It is not large enough to park a car. The landlord uses this space as storage but will consider tenant use for additional rent. All rent payments by Zelle required, with the exception of vouchers.
