Quiet, peaceful, elegant, professionally maintained landscaping and beautiful custom homes throughout this secluded HOA. The solar system has essentially eliminated our PGE bill for the past four years. The HOA contract with our supplier makes propane almost half the normal cost and our Generac means we never experience power outages or blackouts. I love this home and neighborhood. It makes me terribly sad to leave it.
