This house is 38 miles from the city of Chicago and town is connected through train (South Shoreline). A family lived in the property. After they moved out, we have done work on the house. Work was done on the house: 1) New paint in all the rooms 2) New carpet 3) New flooring in kitchen Electric service is turned on at the property. Work needed: Bathroom need TLC and kitchen need appliances. However, we are not expert on what else may be needed and therefore we are selling this property “As-is” Property taxes are only $80/year at this time. So, that should be consider as a factor for investors. House got three bedrooms on the first floor with a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. There is a nice large basement area that can be used as a living area too. It got a half bathroom but we do not know about its condition. It got a huge backyard.
