    Large 3 bedroom house, the 3rd bedroom makes a great office with a very nice view looking North and East. The 1st floor has the optional 9 ft ceiling. Master bedroom has an extra large walk in closet. This 2 story house is located in nice a neighborhood very close to the Rillito River Park trail. It is a popular area for running, walking dogs, skating and riding bikes. There is a 12 x 13 covered back patio and the back yard has a 5 ft block wall on all sides. The 2 car garage is attached. Looking for non-smoking tenants and a 12 month lease. There is only one neighbor to the west making it fairly private. None buildable landscaped lot to the East and a road to the South. All pets must be approved by landlord and a small monthly pet deposit may be required. There is a $40 per adult credit and background check. Call me or text, I do not respond to emails. New carpet just installed in bedrooms. There is an HOA, so there are some rules regarding things such as parking, weeds, garbage cans. Sorry, but this is a non-smoking house. Tenant pays for all utilities. Landlord pays for the HOA fee. After the 1st year is up, I usually just do month to month, but a "new" lease can be negotiated. Landlord does not spray for weeds or bugs while it is occupied, but tenants can if they want, I don't want to be responsible for any people and or pets getting sick or having bad reactions. This is a house and there is some landscaping required such as pulling weeds and cleaning up some tree debris. Tenants are responsible for doing this maintenance or making arrangements to have it done. No painting is allowed, it is currently painted the colors I like. Deposit ($1875.00) is refundable (minus carpet cleaning costs) if you leave the house the in rent ready condition like you got it. Emails are difficult for me to retrieve with all the spam.
