The premise leased is a Studio Apartment with __1_ bedroom(s) and_1_ bathroom located at 4223 Arch Street Tampa, FL 33607 (the "Premises"). 2. Agreement to Lease. Landlord agrees to lease to Tenant and Tenant agrees to lease from Landlord, the Premises according to the terms and conditions in this Agreement. 3. Term. If the Tenant is absent from the Property and the Property is unoccupied for a period of 4 consecutive days or longer, the Tennant will arrange for regular inspections by a competent person. 6. At the expiration of the term of this Leases the Tenant will quit and surrender the Property in as good a state and condition as they were at the commencement of this Lease, reasonable use and wear expected. The Tenant will obey all rules and regulation of the Landlord regarding the Property.
