Upstairs is the kitchen and living room and downstairs is the two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry hookups. My wife and I are moving and need someone to take over the last four months of our contract. We would like to be out April 5th but if you need it sooner we can figure it out. The town home is owned by a property management company and a possible renter needs to be able to pass a background check and credit check through the property managements application process. There is a deposit that is $469, $234 is non-refundable for cleaning fees, the other $235 you get back. After the 4 month contract is up July 31st, Renters have the option to let contract expire or re-sign a new contract for a year. The town home comes with 2 uncovered parking spots, No pets, no A/C, washer dryer hookups (we may throw our dryer in for free), dish washer and garbage disposal in sink.
