    Professional Office Space with 2 apartments: Looking to start a business in Sandpoint that works in professional office zoning? We have moved our business and we are now selling some prime real estate in downtown Sandpoint to the right buyer. This building has tremendous exposure – on 5th street thoroughfare – with corner signage -on the main route through town.
