Acceptable forms of income are prior year W-2 form, prior year 1040 income tax form, current month bank statements. Notarized letter of employment on company letterhead.Your credit history will be verified by E-Renter a third party verification company. Michael Brower Realty Co., Inc. will receive a credit recommendation based on information contained in the credit report. We will not discuss or distribute any individual reports with applicants. The name of the reporting agency along with contact information will be provided should you choose to dispute information on your report.Lease must be signed within 5 business days from approval. At lease signing provide Certified funds (no personal checks) drawn to Michael Brower Realty Co., Inc. to pay for first month's rent and Security Deposit. Additionally the Certificate of Occupancy will be charged back with the second month's rent in the amount of $100. A maximum of 1 person for Studio apartments/ 2 persons for 1 Bedrooms / 3 persons for 2 Bedroom will be permitted in each apartment.
