We have a one bedroom apartment available for rent August 15th. This apartment complex sits along the Tuckasegee River. The apartment has an excellent river view, with easy access to the river if you enjoy fishing, kayaking, or just enjoying the scenery. There is also a yard and a small deck built into the trees over the river for your enjoyment. The living room has plenty of space for a couch, chairs, a tv, bookcases, etc. The kitchen has nice appliances (stove and refrigerator), a pantry, and plenty of cabinet space. The bathroom has a shower and a tub, and all of the necessary amenities. The bedroom has a closet and a large window to let in sunlight. There is an air conditioning window unit in this apartment. This is a quiet area with working adults. Parking lot provided. No large/loud parties. No smoking inside. No laundry on site. NO PETS. You pay for electric and standard flat rate for water, which is included in the rent. $820 a month - priced for ONE applicant. Renter is responsible for paying electric. We pay for water, but tenant contributes a flat rate of $40 per month for water & sewage. This amount is included in the $820 rent we charge per month.
