This beautifully loved and maintained home, situated in Montecito Heights, features panoramic views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and the balcony of the master bedroom. Gleaming red oak hardwood floors grace the downstairs areas. Each of the rooms are light-filled and spacious. The outside deck is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing on your downtime. Guests have access to the whole house and facilities, except for one storage space on the the ground floor and the cellar under the house. Cleaning available during stay (we offer semi-monthly cleaning for 31 days + stays) House trained dog is welcome. No cats (sorry, we are allergic) Energy bill is included up to US$ 400 a month in long term rentals. Beyond that, there will be additional charges according to usage. Watch out for the steps; house has plateaus connected by stairs Watch out for your car's trunk hatch while opening it inside the garage No sitting, leaning or climbing on the fence No smoking Trash must be removed before checkout and garbage bins should be placed at the parking space across the street on Thursday evening. Garbage pickup is on every Friday morning at 6 AM. Please, place bins back to the house later. This is a family home in a quiet neighborhood, not suitable for parties. If neighbors call due to excessive noise between 9 PM and 7 AM, you will be subject to leaving the property Do not leave dogs unattended in the house AC, heater and fireplace must be off every time you leave the house The umbrella on the deck must be closed when not in use. It is windy in Santa Rosa, and it my fly and become dangerous if it is not closed properly. Do not use wood-burning fireplace during the high summer or during the "no burn days" in Santa Rosa. Reverse into the garage especially if you have a Tesla, an SUV or any big car, or check the garage height before opening your trunk.
