Room available in our historic downtown house!! We are three roomies, 2 in our late 30's, one in 20's who love plants, art, music/shows and active hobbies. This four-bathroom, 3 bath, tall-ceiling, original-floor beauty has room for more kind, independent creatives, students, or working types. We value open communication, a non-judgmental and inclusive space, and keeping our place clean and organized. There is good laundry, a dishwasher, basement storage, and a yard for your projects and gardening desires. This is a large bedroom with tall ceilings and access to two shared bathrooms. (Room 1 in pics). There's lots of street parking and we're in an excellent downtown location to walk/bike around. We have one small dog and cat, so we can't have more pets at this time. Rent is $650 + 1/4 of shared bills. 1 yr lease starting April 1. / or flexible, 1 mo. damage deposit, + rent reference checks. 1 year lease begins April 1. The move-in date can be flexible and prorated if you prefer.
