While technically a studio, the bedroom area is on the leg of an L, keeping the main space open for living, dining, and kitchen. The bedroom area has a long clothes closet on one side and a general storage closet on the other. Also included are washer and dryer. There is a coat closet in the entry area. Water, sewer, and garbage collection are included in the rental price. Electricity and any other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This is a relatively quiet location and just one block from the #3 and #4 bus stop. Please note, there is an existing tenant so, while theoretically any day is possible to view the apartment, you must make an appointment and I must first get permission from the tenant. I realize that's inconvenient but I think you would expect the same if you were the current tenant. First month, last month, and security deposit are to be paid up front (can be apportioned over a few months). Water, sewer, garbage are included in the rent.
