Please Realtors Companies,Im listing the home by myself and I only offer 2.5 to a realtor that bring a client to buy the house. I not want to sign any document before I sign the contract with deposit. I have to do it this way. Some Realtor said that they a costumer and is not true. They only want to show the house. I got realtors friend if I want a listing I can ask them. But I can afford .I need the money to pay for the closing cost. Please not call me if you not have a real buyer.
