ROOMMATE NEEDED. My current roommate and I are renting, but she is going to move out at the end of June 2017. So I'm looking for someone to move in July 1st. I'm looking for one roommate, preferably female (but I won't rule out males), who is a working professional, responsible with money/bills, and a good person. I'm easy to get along with, but I don't like loud music, loud parties, late nights, unexpected guests, etc. Home should be a place of peace, relaxation, and enjoyment. The property is managed by Crosspointe Management Group in Tyler, TX. In order to be approved by Crosspointe, our combined incomes have to equal three times the total monthly rent. The total monthly rent is $1,295.00. Our combined incomes have to equal $3,885.00. Taking my income into account, you will need to provide proof (pay check stub) that you make at least $1,350.00 a month. The majority of the furniture seen in the photos is my roommate's. So if you already have furniture that's fine, there will be a place for it. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom. The washer and dryer are in your bathroom. Carpet in bedrooms, and vinyl wood flooring everywhere else. Large covered patio in backyard. Craft room / extra storage room in the backyard with window A/C unit. Pets under 20 pounds are allowed (you'll have to speak with the management for details). Tenants are responsible for all utilities, internet, etc.
