    This is a .45 acre lot on a paved road in Bronson, Fl. There is a severely damaged, 3/2, doublewide mobile home on the property that, in my opinion, needs to be demolished. The home is attached to city water, on a private septic system and it has power lines and a newer power pole. This would be a great place to put your new or used mobile home once the old one is hauled away! There is no city order to have the mobile home demolished; it's just my opinion that it would need to be. However, I have been told by a contractor that it could be stripped down all the way to the frame work and then completely rebuilt and could be a really nice place again. I am not an expert in this area but that was his opinion. This property is right in town, just minutes to the Bronson public schools. The lot is fenced in (fence needs repair in a few spots) and spacious. There are two sheds on the property. The yard is very overgrown right now, but with some mowing and trimming, it will be pretty. This level property has the FEMA flood risk designation of X, area of minimal risk. This property is zoned R-2. We are going to start doing some work on the property and working on demolishing the existing home when we have some time to do so. Once we start working on this property, we will be raising the price. If you're interested in saving money on the purchase price and doing the work yourself, we'll sell it as-is for $25,900. Levy County allows for RV living on private land while the land owner is in the process of building or remodeling a home or mobile home. It has everything you need, yet still has that small town feel. Chiefland is only a 15 mile drive away and Gainesville is about 20 miles away. From this lot, it is 35 miles to the World Equestrian Center in Ocala. The beautiful beach town of Cedar Key is only 34 miles away.
