Place is still for sale! The office space downstairs has 5 offices and a main lobby area. It has a bathroom and a basement for storage. The upstairs is a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. It needs some minor TLC but I have been living there comfortably. Both upstairs and downstairs has their each central air and furnace. I have recently invested several thousand dollars in roofing repair, which was successful. I still want to apply a solar coating, in the spring. Lots of road and walking traffic!
