(I don't want too many roommates). The kitchen and your bathroom were just renovated! Tall cabinets offer plenty of storage. The entire house just had pop-corn ceilings removed and every room was painted floor to ceiling. Park in the gated driveway and use the shed in the backyard for extra storage. Room #3 is carpeted and rents for $1,150. Room #4 has a private entrance, luxury vinyl floors and a huge custom built armoire wardrobe and rents for $1,450. $650 OFF PER MONTH if you rent both ($1,950 total) . I'll cover most of the utilities and WiFi. The average monthly share with my last housemate was around $89/month. The House is in the Oceanside tri-city area, close to Albertsons, Home Depot, Costco, Walmart, etc. Enjoy tennis courts, baseball, playground, or a nice walk in the park across the street. Walk down the street to Primo Thunder market and enjoy some pan dulce and Taco Tuesdays. The home is safe, alarmed, with cameras, but no cameras inside the house. 11 min drive to downtown Carlsbad or 15 min to downtown Oceanside.
