The house is in a cul-de-sac as well and we have wonderful neighbors who throw block parties and like hanging out, we have never had a problem with noise on the occasion. Parking: There are 2 spots marked to us and then street parking, we never really have an issue with parking on the street due to the cul de sac. Year-Lease, there is a $43 solar charge which is included in your rent, but then the benefit ~$400/month of it are then shared to you as you split the utilities with the other members of gas and electric as well as water. They also choose to pay for wifi and monthly cleaning and would be expected for you to participate unless all agreed on cancelling it. Utilities split usually costs ~40$/mo after solar.
