This is a 2-bedroom 1 bath older home in a great country setting. It is about 10 miles west of Hopkinsville. This is a great home if you want country living with a view of horses from your back deck. However, there are some caveats you need to be aware of. The house is next door to me, and we have a working horse farm. There is constant traffic to the stables, shop, hay barn which is behind the house. Because of this, this property is not suitable for children. There is just to many opportunities for them to get hurt. It's a working farm. Equipment, traffic is constant. If you have an outside dog, we need to discuss. We have 4 and they think this is theirs. If you have made it this far, here is the rest. We mow the grass, and pay for the propane you use to heat the house. You are responsible for the electric and the water. Internet is crappy, but you can get a TMobile hot spot for $50 a month now unlimited. Or an ATT hotspot. Of course, there is the old standby Hughes Net. This property is ideal for a retiree to live. Or active military who are gone a lot. We keep a constant eye on the place. Owner pays for propane for heating. Owner mows the grass. Tenant pays for electric and water. Stove & Refrigerator come with house.
