Lease terms are 12 months. The tenant is responsible for all utilities: City of Guymon (gas, water, trash & sewer) and TCEC (electric). There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the unit. All pets must be approved by management before they are allowed on the property along with a signed pet agreement and non-refundable pet fee. Any person over the age of 18 must be included on the application and sign the lease agreement.
