We have loved this house for 20 years, raised our family, and had some amazing gatherings here. People like coming to our house. It’s comfortable, there’s a big yard, and there’s great parking. Our house is located two miles from the Texas Capital, one mile from U. Of Texas, about a mile from 3 hospitals, 4 miles from downtown. There is a major park in Mueller. In our neighborhood we have a park, pool, and they are RE-building the tennis center. Everyone knows our neighborhood because of the trees. Also- sometimes you can hear the roar of the crowd at UT football games. We have loved this New roof: 2021, new Plumbing infrastructure:2019, new tankless water heaters- 2022, new refrigerator - 2022, new washer and dryer- 2020, new washing machine- 2021
