There are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby on 12th and its location is not far from the International District. Harborview, Swedish and Virginia Mason hospitals are all within a short walk and is ideal for commuters with its accessibility to I-5. Unit 5 is a top floor North facing 1 bed 1 bath that has laminate flooring throughout. There is a $75/month utility fee for WSG as well as a $20/month fee for laundry. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building has a no smoking policy. Cats are welcome.
