Lots of parking including offstreet parking for RVs or boats. Shared use of garage, although it does not have electrical service. Rent is $2500. I can also rent this home with the downstairs fully furnished (includes queen bed, television, sofas and chairs, dining room tables, area rugs) for $3000/month, for a minimum of three months. I remodeled this home with the idea that it would be sold or used as an AirBnb but then ran out of steam. Yard care is included in rental price, unless you have a dog, in which case there will be an additional $100/month surcharge for bimonthly yard maintenance and this will include lawn mowing and shrub maintenance but not pet waste removal.
