We have two unfurnished bedrooms available in a home located on a 1-acre property in AG, about a mile off highway 101. The two available rooms share a bathroom and have access to shared common spaces which include the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Each room comes with its own "bonus room" which can be used as an office or storage space. Each bonus room is about 140 square ft. Lease Terms & Move-In Info: Month-to-month lease Move-in date: Anytime in August (pro-rated first month) The two rooms will be vacant starting August 1st, but we'll be replacing carpets and making updates around the house during the first week of August. If you're ok with a bit of short-term construction, you're welcome to move in on the 1st.
