House is fully furnished with dinning table, sectional sofa, refrigerator, microwave, and three beds. Dogs allowed if under 20lbs and no more than two. There will be a $100.00 pet fee added each month to the rent. No more than 4 vehicles at property at a time and no vehicles anywhere on the property other than under the carport or in driveway for any reason. No smoking anywhere indoors on the property. Renter will be responsible for keeping the grass cut to a reasonable height at all times and any trimming of grass that is required. A security deposit of $1,000 will be required at the signing of lease. Rent will be $1,100 a month. If you have a pet that meets all the requirements and is approved there will be an additional $100 a month charge for a pet fee. Tenant pays for heating oil, electricity, cable and internet cost. Tenant is responsible for mowing lawn. No more than 4 cars in driveway and no parking anywhere off driveway. Only small dogs will be allowed up to 20lb and no more than 2. A pet fee of $100 a month will be added to rent. Lease will be month to month. There will be a required $1,000 security deposit at signing. Rent will be required to be payed one month in advance. Smoking will not be allowed indoors. All furnishings will be inspected at move-in and must only show normal wear at end of lease to avoid a charge for damage.
