Our older 30 year old home still has good bones but needs lots of work and updating. It has original LP siding that was never replaced and has started failing and has caused a mold problem that needs to be addressed. We have also discovered rats under the house and they have torn down all the insulation. Indoors is 90's finishes, never updated. Carpets are worn and stained from dogs and cats. Roof needs moss removed. Porch steps are falling a part. Lots of maintenance needs to be done.
