Hi all! My husband and I are looking for someone to take over the lease on our apartment. Flexible on move in dates but looking for March. Our lease is up in August. We are located at Camden Manor Park Apartments 2 bed 2 bath and 1250 sq ft. It is 1750$ a month which includes cable and internet (plus HBO max). Located right next to Crabtree Mall. All new appliances, farmhouse sink, two bathtub/shower combos and master bedroom has a double sink. Two walk in closets. Our lease is up August 14th, and you can renew after that if you would like. Please message me for more info! No furniture included and you would be responsible for paying application fee which I think is $50 per person. Also, they include washer and dryer! Application fee for each tenant is required and is $50. Rent is due to the first of the month, and you can pay it through Camden Manor's portal. After the $1750, which again, includes cable, they add on water for you. You have to create your own utilities account through Duke energy. We have typically been paying anywhere from $60-$80 a month in utilities which is a great price. Also, trash valet is tacked on to rent, and is $30 a month. If you have any pets, that is an additional $25 a month.
