Do not leave the door open to this location to heat it. It is not intended to be heated. Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage. Tenant pays electricity average as of 1/14/2025 is around $30. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
