This is a first floor apartment, but there is about 6 or 7 stairs to get up into the building. The living room and dinning room are one large room, the high ceilings throughout the apartment give a feeling a being very large. The kitchen is small, but had enough cupboard space for a one bedroom apartment. The bathroom is also fairly small and has a tub shower combination. The bedroom is a good size with a large closet. Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage. Tenant pays electricity average as of 8/15/23 is around $50. Pet Deposit $500 plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
