No smoking of any kind on the property. We would consider a very well trained cat if it doesn't scratch up things or is an outdoor cat. The backyard is for the owners who live in a completely separate house. Property is large. We are looking for a quiet, considerate individual, couple or small family to take the space. Utilities including water, gas, electric, trash, WiFi are $100/month. Pet deposit extra of $250. We are open to month or month or a year lease.
