Landlord may enter the Property with proper notice as required by law, except in emergencies. Occupancy is limited to approved occupants only, and guests staying beyond a reasonable period require written approval. No pets, smoking, alterations, or subleasing are permitted without prior written consent of the Landlord. Tenant agrees to comply with all property rules, parking regulations, and applicable laws, and acknowledges receipt of the Property in good condition at move-in. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Property is located.
