2 bedroom apartment. Lots of room and square footage for the $650. However it is kind of all chopped up and spread around. It reminds me of the old joke when giving someone directions "you can't get to there from here!" Two entries. Front has a 3 season room/mud room, then into the living room. Both bedrooms have closets. Bath has a tub with shower but it looks like when sitting on the throne you would be uncomfortably close to the wall. . .guess it depends on how wide you are. Kitchen and dining are ok but not great, small pantry off kitchen. Back entry comes into the kitchen area directly. There is off street parking for a few vehicles. At this time I don't believe there are assigned parking spaces but I suppose we could if parking becomes an issue. There is a single car garage. Vo-tech and college students go home to MOM and DAD or off to a job, and that is also the month when parents with children in school do their moving.
