Colton Apartments is a two level apartment complex with 8 total units. There is a shared laundry room, and indoor mailboxes. The building has off street parking, and outdoor seating/smoking areas. pets are accepted with additional fees and pet rules. 12 Month Lease. There is a $40 application fee per applicant to run the background and sex offender checks, we do not pull credit. Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant, all other utilities are included in the rent. Pets are accepted $300 non refundable deposit, and $30 per pet, per month (limit of 2 animals per apartment). Renters insurance is not required but reccomended
