One car garage and an additional assigned parking spot is included. There is a fair amount of guest parking as well. The large bedroom on the second floor can also be used as the master. It has a walk-in closet and is close to the double vanity full bathroom. This is a special condo as everything has been updated and is in great shape. The colors are all neutral and fresh. We are looking for someone that is going to care for it just as much as we have. There is a strict background check including credit, employment and income verification, and background.
